Who are we?
Apuerta is a company based in Malaga which focuses its activity on the direct purchase from owners of homes and retail units within a few days in the Fuengirola and Mijas areas. We do not charge fees and we take responsibility for the entire process to make it very simple for the sellers.
A new model
This new business model ensures that the long period of time needed to sell a home in this country, about 8 weeks on average, is reduced for sellers. Now they can sell within 15 days, without the need to arrange numerous visits by potential buyers or organise the documentation for the sale of their property.
We do all this without losing the human factor since our team are personally responsible for remaining in contact with the seller at all times and helping him or her throughout the sale process.
We are pure Proptech
Apuerta is part of the Proptech sector and relies on technology to perform valuations of the property. However, we stand out among our competitors in that we have a long track record of more than 15 years in the purchase and sale of properties in Malaga, and we visit all the homes to get to know them at first hand before making a formal purchase offer for the property.
