You can request a purchase offer by completing our contact form where we will ask you for the characteristics of your home and your contact details.
How much time do I have to accept the offer?
Apuerta’s offer will be valid for 7 calendar days from when we send it to your email address.
What happens if I accept Apuerta’s offer?
If you accept our purchase offer, we will prepare a contract through which we will hand you a deposit to reserve your home. We will also arrange with the notary the sending of the documentation and the preparation of the deed of sale.
Do I have to pay a fee to Apuerta if I sell it my property?
No, nothing. Apuerta is the end purchaser of your home.
How does Apuerta value my property in order to make me an offer?
To make the valuation of your home we rely on IT systems to provide us with a large amount of data on homes that have already sold in your area. One of our expert team in the Fuengirola and Mijas area will also make a visit to your property to take into account all the details of your home to be sure the price we offer is right.
